Local Delivery (within service radius): flat rate based on location
National / Long-Distance Delivery: calculated at checkout
Fees are confirmed during checkout and may vary depending on size and destination.
Free delivery promotions (if offered) apply only as specified and may be revoked if returns are processed.

Dispatch vs Delivery Lead Times

Dispatch is when your order leaves our workshop.
Delivery is when it arrives at your address.

Production & Dispatch Timelines

Ready-to-Ship items: typically 3–5 working days
Custom / Made-to-Order pieces: 2–4 weeks (estimate confirmed at checkout)
The estimated dispatch date is given within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Where combined orders include items with different production timelines, the longest dispatch time applies to the entire shipment.

Delivery Lead Times

Delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability:
Local urban areas: 1–5 working days
National / broader regions: 5–10 working days
Remote areas: timelines may extend beyond standard windows
Deliveries are typically scheduled between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
Times can vary depending on external conditions such as traffic, weather, or courier scheduling.

Delivery Guidelines

To ensure a smooth delivery:

Confirm that access (doorways, stairs, lifts) is sufficient for the item’s size.
Our delivery partners will unpack and inspect your furniture onsite.
You should inspect the piece before signing the delivery note.
Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery document before signing.
Signing without inspection is taken as acceptance of the item’s condition at delivery.

Delivery Changes & Storage

If you need to reschedule your delivery after production is complete:

Please contact us promptly; we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.

Storage fees may apply if the item must be held before delivery

If delivery is attempted but cannot proceed due to access issues or unavailability, redelivery fees may be applicable.
