Custom & Bespoke Orders

Once production begins on a Bespoak custom or made-to-order item, it is generally non-refundable.

Change of Mind Requests

In special circumstances, changes may be considered before production starts. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request. If a change is approved and production has not started, any refunded amount will exclude the applicable processing fee.
Damaged, Incorrect & Defective Items
Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong model, size, or specification:

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll collect the incorrect item and provide the correct piece

Damaged in Transit

Report within 48 hours with photos and details We’ll arrange collection and replacement once approved

Manufacturing Defects

Report within 30 days of delivery
Includes faults arising from production (not wear and tear)
We will repair or replace defective components at no charge where covered under warranty.

Return Fees (if approved)

If a return is approved (rare exceptions for change of mind):
  • Handling fee (percentage of purchase price) may apply
  • Original shipping costs remain non-refundable
  • Any costs associated with return logistics will be deducted from the refund
  • Free shipping promotions do not waive return fees.
